In 1974 the Kreglinger Group decided on a diversification project into specialty ingredients for the textile industry. This specialty business has since developed into an international operation selling specialty ingredients of an extremely wide variety for a very broad spectrum of applications in Food & beverages, Pharma & Neutraceuticals, Cosmetics & Personal care, Plastics & Rubbers, Agribusiness,… This development is mostly done in very close partnership with suppliers from all over the globe, but each specialists in their field/niche.

As this activity is coming to maturity, Kreglinger Europe is proud to be one of the rare independent specialists in the European ingredients business and proud to be the supplying partner of some of the major players in each segment of the market.

Having been in business for more than 200 years has given us some strength, some expertise and some vision that we want to use to our and our partners’ advantage.

This is the “youngest” department of Kreglinger Europe, although our activities in the agro and phyto sector go back more than 35 years. In fact we were the pioneers to introduce the chemical pinching agent for woody ornamentals in Europe.

Through geographical expansion, by enlarging the number of principals and mostly by searching and finding high performing specialties for typical agricultural applications, we were able to develop these niche-activities even further.

This continuous effort allow us to offer high quality specialities in the market that give our customers the “plus” they need to perform economic quality agriculture.

All our products are supported on the European notification level for active ingredients and have been tested thoroughly for many years. They all enjoy long years of successful experience for different applications. Our customers can rely for all products proposed, on the long experience and expertise of the selected producers gained during many years of practical applications and testing by well known universities and/or internationally recognized research institutes.
